Glaser Frames Policies

At Glaser Frames, we stand by our frames. We are eager to work with you to give you the best possible product.  Please contact us with any questions you may have so we can quickly and effectively help you.  In order to maintain the highest quality while keeping our prices as low as possible, the following policies are in place:
Prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice.

Prices are in U. S. Dollars. Please convert all other currency to U. S. Dollars before remittance.

We will try to accommodate rush orders and special show deadlines if possible. Please let us know of any special situations when placing your order. It is best to give us as much time as possible to complete your order. If we cannot meet your special needs deadline, we will inform you.

Normal turnaround time on orders is 4 weeks from the Friday of the week you placed your order. This can very if you placed large or complicated orders. Please allow 6 to 8 days for your order to arrive for U. S. shipments; longer for others. If you require special shipping, please let us know at the time you place your order. The shipping date is the day we pack your frames and turn them over to the shipper. Frames shipped to Hawaii or countries outside the continental U.S. will be shipped by air.

Shipping is FOB our warehouse and is done through Federal Express, United Parcel Service or a freight forwarding company for larger frames. All frames are shipped prepaid for orders outside of the United States. For U. S. customers, when you give us your credit card, it will not be charged until the date of shipment. Customers outside the U. S. will be billed when the order is received. Also, customers outside the U.S will be responsible for trade tarriffs.

Shipping Damage
Our frames are carefully inspected before they leave our warehouse. The shipping company, upon their acceptance of the shipment assumes responsibility for safe delivery.  Ownership of the shipment passes to the consignee (you) when the carrier signs out the bill of lading to you.  You must make claim for loss or damage sustained in transit to the delivery carrier.  It is very important to check the condition of the package(s) when they are received and mark all damage found on the bill of lading before the carrier’s employee leaves your premises.  If hidden damage is found when you open the container, please call the carrier immediately and keep all packing materials and the damaged frames for the carrier’s inspection. We insure all shipments for freight damage, but our insurance is void if you do not report damage on a timely basis and if you do not retain all packing materials.

All returns must be authorized by Glaser Frames.
